B2B rt San Francisco and testing

Anyone know; Sailing a B2B  round trip out of San Francisco, will we need to get a Covid test in SF for second leg or will ship provide it?

For ship to sail into and dock Victoria do all passengers need test to Negative and upload and fill out ArtiveCAN app or just shore excursions?

We were just on the Ruby out of SF and the ship tested everyone before they could board the ship and tested again the day before we were back in SF as we were on a b2b also.  If a test is required within so many hours of hitting a port, the ship will test everyone.  No charge to you.
