Private transfer recommendations airport to hotel near cruise port

Can anybody recommend private transfers?  I have an elderly couple that really needs someone at the airport with a sign to be certain they get to the right place.  Would appreciate suggestions.  Thanks!

Get porter to deal with luggage & take them to taxi at exit. I always take taxi there.
