1kaper, I was there a week ago today and there is indeed a lot of construction about the pier area. It does not impede the walk from the pier. The workers have a huge area torn out. They stated they are building a convention center, hotel and restaurant.

 

Yes, I was saying the construction is not finished.  I was also there last week.

I followed the directions on that page and sent an email to the address listed.  The response told me to go to resortpass.com
