Explorer--Aft Cabin??

:rolleyes: What do you guys think of an aft balcony cabin on the 7th deck on the Explorer of the Seas?? Would a regular cabin be a better choice? How about noise/vibration in the aft?? I know the view would be spectacular!

We had an aft cabin on Explorer about a year ago.... it was "wonderful". Huge balcony and the cabin was actually a little larger than the regular balcony ones were. As far as vibration, noise etc... was not a problem. We were on HAL Zuiderdam about a month ago, again an aft cabin and the balcony was not nearly as spacious plus we did have some vibration. Our balcony on the Explorer gave us more privacy, plus we had two lounge chairs plus a table with chairs which was wonderful for breakfast. Plus the view is incredible. Will always go for the aft when we can. Hope this helps.. have a wonderful cruise...

We have been on the Navigator several times so I think they are the same layout. We love the aft rooms. We didnt notice extra noise or vibration. The balcony's are awesome. Go for it, you wont be upset you did.

We've done 7688/7388 THREE times. Best cabin on the ship, for the money, in my opinion.
