Waitlist for a voyage?

Tried to find an answer to this question but nowhere to be found….

A voyage we are looking at is waitlist only.

We want to get on the waitlist. Does Regent charge a waitlist fee?

Yes, $1000 to move up the list. If you clear the waitlist, it will be applied to your bill.

We are not even on the voyage because it’s waitlisted,, so $1000 per person to just be put on the waitlist? Or $500 per person for a total of $1000

Call your TA or Regent’s TA on Monday. Depends on how long the waitlist is. If Regent will waitlist you,  you stand a better chance for clearing it if you pay the fee.

We paid $1000 total, cleared waitlist in about 2 weeks. Maybe a drop less.

They will not tell you how long the waitlist is but your refundable deposit will get you WL for up to 6 categories.

Sister cruiseline Oceania will tell you your position number in the waitlist…….
