Recycled Medallion holder.... help

For our last Princess cruise, I purchased the recycled sport band for our cruise. Worked great. Cruise over, threw it in a bag with my husbands sport band. Our medallions arrived for our cruise 4/2, and I cannot figure out how to get the old medallion out of the recycled holder. The back is solid so I cant push it out. I have tried everything.

We have the regular band and we just rotated the medallion around until it was able to be popped out. Hopefully someone can help you. If not, you might want to wear your medallion on the lanyard, take your recycled band with stuck medallion to the Medallion Desk when you board and have them switch the medallions out for you.

The bezel on top will rotate to come off. Turn left to remove.

Where did you purchase the recycled sports band?

Off the app where you put the address to get you medallion sent. I think it is under accessories. And thank you putty27. That worked. The unit holds the medallion really well.
