My phone is not "smart enough" for the MedallionClass app. I always get a message" You do not have any journeys. Select Link Booking to add one" I try the "Link Booking" to no avail ? JF - retired RRT Posted March 27, 2022 #2 Share Posted March 27, 2022 Hard to tell what's wrong. I used the web-based version after it was released. Had most of my info completed in the app, but a couple of things just refused. Web-based worked great. Got the rest of my info finished. Have you checked your Personalizer? If you go to the cruise in the Personalizer, click on "check-in". Then click on "Guest Information Form". Make sure ALL of your info is correct. I had exactly the same issue with two of our four booked trips (strangely, it was our two 2022 trips that had the problem, the two 2023 trips were fine) The only way I could get the problem fixed was to Email the Medallion folks at askoceanmedallion@carnival.com. Surprisingly, they always responded very quickly to all my Emails (IIRC, even answering one Email of mine on a Saturday) They do point out that they prioritize fixing these kind of problems by cruise date, so if your sailing is in say November, they won't fix it right away, but they did fix my two borked up sailings and now my "system" is up to date and working fine.
