I had that problem trying to do it on my phone. Mobile site isn't the greatest for check in. I switched it to desktop site, it helped a little but was still difficult. If you're on a desktop or laptop try clearing your cookies

Switch to a different browser if you can.  For some reason Carnival "doesn't like" Safari on my computer, but loves Google Chrome.  Clearing cookies didn't work.

I've occasionally had issues with the online check-in and found that closing the browser and then going back to the online check-in fixed the issue.  (Might not help your issue but it's certainly worth a try).

yes, that seemed to help, also refreshing and re-entering the info.

If you also have issues with Chrome make sure it's up to date. That seems to resolve a lot of issues (not just this one).

Like Groundloop ...couldn't do anything on chromebook so switched to an old windows 7 logged out and logged back in an bingo all good
