I had that problem trying to do it on my phone. Mobile site isn't the greatest for check in. I switched it to desktop site, it helped a little but was still difficult. pe4all Posted April 1, 2022 #5 Share Posted April 1, 2022 (edited) Switch to a different browser if you can. For some reason Carnival "doesn't like" Safari on my computer, but loves Google Chrome. groundloop Posted April 1, 2022 #6 Share Posted April 1, 2022 (edited) I've occasionally had issues with the online check-in and found that closing the browser and then going back to the online check-in fixed the issue.
