On the information on the website it begins by asking for flight numbers,  has anyone who is arriving by cruise ship figured out what to put?   I'll be arriving by cruise ship not by air.

For anyone questioning if tourists arriving by cruise ship are required to complete the SPH form, the answer is NO. With all the conflicting info on the Ministry of Health's website, I decided to call them this morning. Spoke with someone in English and she confirmed that only passengers arriving by air now need to complete and submit the form.

I suggested they update their website and she replied they are "working on it". Was impressed how quickly they answered the phone and answered my questions.
