Health Assessment

Quick question. Sailing tomorrow. Healthy assessment had previously been crossed out on the ‘to-do list’ but now this evening says ‘please complete at port.’

 

Anybody had that occur?

At??? That's a new one on me. When we sailed on the Vista back at end of Sept. , when we did the health assessment online, I had to re-do it at least 3 times, because it kept popping up after I had completed it. I assume you are referring to something completely different. 

 

At the port is what's throwing me. Sorry.

Yep, the day before our 3/12 cruise I noticed the same thing on our booking. Nothing was said at the port and we had no issues.

Think they want more updated answers from the initial info.

This has been an ongoing IT issue with the Carnival site since November. Carnival says they are aware. The " at the pier " refers to the printed health questions which are on a small tabletop display stand at each initial check in station at the terminal. You are asked to read the health questions and respond.
