Azova Antigen Covid Tests

Just wondering if anyone has had experience using a Covid Antigen test kits as a requirement for boarding your Viking cruise ship.

I am wondering same. Need to know if the proctored Binax now test, approved by the CDC and many cruise lines is accepted by Viking. Will, of course, ask Viking, but wondering if anyone has used it.

We used the proctored Azova for our Iceland cruise last year.  Worked just fine.  I don't know if Viking would accept the self/non-proctored results, though.

No cruise line, airline, country or other entity requiring proof of a negative COVID test accepts a self administered non-proctored test. How would they be able to determine who took the test, when it was taken and what the result was ? They don't take your word for it. You have to provide a report containing all the identifying information and certification that the test was properly conducted and resulted in a finding of no infection.
