UK cruisers Price drop question.

Which phone number do you call when you see a price drop on your booked cruise. Mine dropped by over £300 today. I booked on line with RRCL.

Hi ian, depends on what TC yours was booked on? If under the best price guarantee then just phone customer service, and i think there is an option for booked cruises. We did it for our Aug cruise when the free child places appeared.  But we went through our TA.

 

Ask the question and they will be able to tell you if they can apply the new costings. But sometimes takes three or four  phone calls to speak to someone who knows.

We’ve always tried to do it via the online chat - when the option appears. For us it’s much more convenient than hanging on the phone and you get a email with the chat transcript.

 

Go to the ‘Contact us’ page on the UK website and wait for the little blue chat icon to appear. It doesn’t always but keep trying 😀

Rang customer services and they said they cant honour new price as my cruise is in 2023 and the best price guarantee is only for 2022

Booking terms from the UK suck don't they? One thing that might work for you is if there's an upgrade that's marginally cheaper now that what you originally paid, ask for that instead. They're usually more flexible if you're increasing the cost of your cruise, even if it's only by a little.

We had the same conversation reference our feb 23 cruise. It does suck our booking terms are different for the same cruise which is sold to all the worlds guests......
