Specialty Reservations for Lunches on SoTS

The cruise planner has options to book specialty restaurants for lunch - Hooked, Jamie's and Chops. Was wondering if lunch at these venues also all-you-can-eat or are you limited to only one entree?

Dinner is typically limited to one entrée as is lunch, but sides and even entrée limit is likely up to your waiter.

Given the amount of food you get in any of these three,  AYCE might not even make it through what they serve you the first time.

Not ALCE but the lunch servings are usually the same as the dinner servings.

Thanks for replies! We were just curious as we have seen sample menus and want to try several entrees, not because we are looking for AYCE.
