Health questionnaire - close contact…what now?

The CDC had changed their close-contact guidelines to isolate for 5 days and wear a mask for another 5, avoiding travel for 10 days—not 14. Granted, I understand that RCCI is an international corporation, but they’re following CDC recommendations, right? So shouldn’t vaccinated people be cleared to travel after 10 days of close contact—not 14?

The letter we got onboard a couple of weeks ago about b2b testing stated 10 days if positive.  I heard from a Pinn we know that another couple he knew the husband tested positive while they were on a b2b+ (not sure how many).  He had to debark for 10 days and retest and she had to isolate because she was neg, but a close contact.  So, she was able to stay onboard in their cabin while he had to go home.
