LEMJMcC Posted April 29, 2022 #1 Share Posted April 29, 2022 We had an Alaskan cruise booked for this July, but decided to cancel it and replace it with a Caribbean cruise in February 2023. The original cruise met the criteria for a CWC change without losing the deposit. Now the DW is wanting a different cruise in February 2023, different ship and itinerary. My question is, would this still fall under the CWC program? I tried calling RCI and was on hold three different times for well over 90 minutes, then had to move onto other tasks and had to hang up, thus no answer from them. Has anyone had this same circumstance? If so, what were your results? Did you have to pay the $100 change fee? Thanks.
