What department do I need to call or email to make sure we get a mattress topper on our bed and refrigerator for our cabin, I have some medication I need to keep refrigerated.  We will be on the EOS in June, Thanks

In your email, include names, ship and sail date, cabin number, and your C&A number, if you know it. Oh and your cruise confirmation number!

The mattress toppers have been hit or miss since before the pandemic.  (At least in my experience)  I'd suggest you buy an inflatable one and bring it with you.  My wife is much happier since we started doing this.
