Price drop on Encore April 9 2023 sailing

Today I went on NCL site to check on my booking. Did a mock booking to see how many cabins were still available. I noticed a $625 drop for the balcony cabin next to mine, and I was cheaper. Called NCL and within 5 minutes had the new price.

I have a link to each of my future cruises and check them every few days - takes just a couple minutes.  Never have had any issues getting the new price and/or perks as long as it is before final payment date.  Besides price adjustments, I recently added double points and airfare to a couple of cruises - airfare for a 2024 cruise was a surprise bonus.

That just happened to me. Final payment due to the TA and I checked the price before paying. It had dropped $500. Called them and they reduced the price so paid in full. Just before NCL final payment date I checked again...dropped another $530...called again and they got me a refund from NCL...showed up on my CC a few days later. I was surprised it had dropped so much before final payment date...usually it happens after.
