Never have had any issues getting the new price and/or perks as long as it is before final payment date. Besides price adjustments, I recently added double points and airfare to a couple of cruises - airfare for a 2024 cruise was a surprise bonus. Called them and they reduced the price so paid in full. Just before NCL final payment date I checked again...dropped another $530...called again and they got me a refund from NCL...showed up on my CC a few days later.
