Chef's Table & Steakhouse Group Reservations

We have several couples who's bookings aren't tied together who would like to do the Chef's Table & Steakhouse together on the same evening.  Since we're all pre-purchasing both prior to our cruise how do we get assigned to the same day and night for each?  One person in our group was told to contact Customer Services and was told we'd have to do that onboard which I know isn't going to work well.  On a past cruise I had to do something similar and was given the email address for the Maitre d and told to email him 3 weeks prior to our sailing date.  Any advise on how it's done now???

We did this on board last month.

For the steakhouse, make sure you all book for the same time, then once onboard go see the host(ess) and they will accommodate you.

For the Chef's Table you will most likely have to do this once onboard. With the Chef's Table being a small event, "several couples" could quickly fill it up (you haven't specified how many people) or if others have already booked your large group would not be able to be accommodated so easily. In my past experiences with this event they limit the group to about 14 people.
