joekawasaki Posted May 15, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 15, 2022 We are booked on Epic for July 24, 2022. There are 5 of us in 2 cabins. The cabins are on different bookings. We have booked the same excursions and times for both cabins. Is there anything else we need to do to ensure we are all together for the excursions? Rare shof515 Posted May 15, 2022 #2 Share Posted May 15, 2022 show up at the meeting point at the same time and then tell the guide or the tour leader that you are a group this way they all put you on the same bus
Rare CaptainBazz Posted May 15, 2022 #3 Share Posted May 15, 2022 Check at guest services when you board and have them make sure you are all on the same bus etc. If a lot of people book you could be on different buses. They will make sure your group is together.
Rare ziggyuk Posted May 15, 2022 #4 Share Posted May 15, 2022 (edited) @shof515 is correct, you join a line for your excursion when called, once at the front of the line they will ask you how many in your party to ensure you are on the same bus. Each of your group will then be given a numbered sticker for your shirt with your bus number printed on it, very easy. They will make sure your group is together. Every NCL excursion that I have been on (many of them) does the bus assignment in the meeting location printed on the excursion ticket. A bus assignment is not on the ticket. You show up at the location and show your tickets to the crew staffing it and tell them how many are in your party. They usually ask only one person from the party to come get in line. They then give you that many stickers to wear on your shoulder. The sticker corresponds to your bus. No one asks what cabins you are from. Then you have a seat until your number is called. They then escort that group to a bus. At the bus door, someone will collect your actual ticket. But do verify in advance that everyone’s ticket shows the same excursion name, ID number, meeting location, and meeting time. If anyone has a different detail, then they would likely not be on the same bus. I’ve never seen the exact same excursion represented with different ID details. This was pre-Covid, but I have not heard of any hangers. Edited May 15, 2022 by MeHeartCruising
