Hollywood pool club: Fee or free?

Hey guys,

 

I’ve been trying to educate myself about princess by watching some YouTube videos. The latest on the Majestic princess are all Alaska sailing, and they keep saying that the Hollywood Pool Club is free ‘right now’ which makes it seem like their usually is a fee? But I was under the impression it was free. 
 

so for those who have been on Majestic sailing out of Aus, is it usually free or do you have to pay?

I've been on the Majestic twice and it was free access both times.

Free access but I think the cabanas had a fee. I can't remember what it was though.

Pre- covid  on both my Majestic cruises the Hollywood Pool area was free except for several   of the  cabanas that were "fitted out" and  could be booked .  The "plain" cabanas were free.

Pre covid everything in the Hollywood area was free including the cabanas
