Questions about Specialty Dining from Free at Sea

I know the "platinum dinners" you can order one app, one main and one dessert.  We have done this at Le Bistro, Cagneys and La Cucina.

 

What I'm interested to know is this the same for "Q" and Ocean Blue when you use them for your Free at Sea specialties?  And what about Food Republic?  I have read here on the forum that you can order four items per person.  Is this true?

 

And has anyone ordered "Cioppino" at Ocean Blue and have a picture?  I googled it and saw one picture that looked like a very small portion.   Thanks.
