I was on hold 45 minutes this morning before I gave up. Now trying again and holding, holding, holding. If Azamara is not going to allow folks to make payments on line then they need to answer the phone, maybe have a dedicated line for final payments. or have a callback feature. GRRRRRRRR not happy! harrodsfan Posted May 28, 2022 #5 Share Posted May 28, 2022 Call first thing Tuesday am due to Monday holiday. I had the same thing happen. I didn’t realize our final payment was due. No reminder??? Tried to call on Saturday. Closed. Called first thing Monday morning.. no problem making final payment even though it was technically late…I got up at 6 am ca time to be early in call cue.
