Testing Requirements Simplified

Seems to be lack of clarity around testing. 
 

Based on current ncl guidelines can someone pls share who needs to be vaccinated, how much before and what method of testing (eg pcr or rapid) for the following sample guests and sailing?

 

western Caribbean departing from Miami 

 

1 eighty yr old grandparent vaccinated and boosted

1 parent vaccinated

7 yr old vaccinated

9 yr old not vaccinated

12 yr old vaccinated 

 

Feel free to share other examples as well if the above scenario is missing something.
