rogueriver Posted June 4, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 4, 2022 Do any of you great CC folks know which cruise terminal Carnival uses in Amsterdam? It looks like the main one is the Passenger Cruise Terminal near the city center, but there is another one called Felison Cruise Center which is several miles away. Thanks for your help. Use this website to check if it is central Amsterdam, Waterlands or elsewhere. https://sea.cruiseportamsterdam.com/cruise-calendar/ or it could be Ijmuiden (which is a bit of a nightmare!) Ine Posted June 5, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 5, 2022 Most ships dock at the regular terminal at Piet Heinkade. However when more ships are in town also the Waterland terminal will be used. That one is in the industrial area, much farther away from town. It can happen you leave and/or arrive at different terminals sometimes. This all apart from ships docking in IJmuiden. Indeed better check the website mentioned.
rogueriver Posted June 5, 2022 Author #4 Share Posted June 5, 2022 Thanks to both of you for the information. In checking a little further, it appears that it will be docking in Ijmuiden, which will make a longer commute time to get into the city.
