Braishfield Posted June 14, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 14, 2022 I was isolated onboard the Royal Princess for the last 3 days of my cruise. I have been home a month today and have not had any credit or contact from Princess. I have sent 2 contact messages to them and each time have had only the auto reply saying they have received my message. Has any one got there onboard isolation credit? if so how long does it take? WESTEAST Posted June 15, 2022 #4 Share Posted June 15, 2022 (edited) Would also suggest you have your TA contact Princess on your behalf as they will always act as your advocate to resolve. No personal experience in this particular example though, we have had other experiences where our TA found a quick resolution with the cruise line.
