Princess 8 day dinner menu

Does anyone have recent 8 day dinner menus for Princess? I am looking to book the specialty restaurants and wanted to see the menus to determine the best nights to do this. We are going on an 8 day Caribbean cruise on the Regal on 12/26/22.

Menus could have several changes by then.  Princess often makes adjustments depending on the sector the ship is sailing.  You are on a Caribbean voyage and right now the Regal is in Europe.

Since this is a winter season 2022/23 voyage whatever is reported now probably will change by then. Each evening's menu selections may also vary by the exec. chef that is on board at the time. It is a pretty good assumption that New Year's Eve will have special formal night selections.
