Is it possible to cancel an excursion on my.silversea? There is an option to modify, but when you click on the arrow and "Delete", nothing happens. Is it a bug?

I have cancelled quite a few over the years, so yes it is possible........not sure if there is a glitch happening or not.

Hi, nope, you should have a screen that comes up on the left side that has the date of each day of your cruise. I normally click on the specific date and the excursion will show up. Then right click and it should give you the option of canceling. Hope this helps a bit and my reply is not too confusing. I should have said it is like a calendar and you can click on each day.

No, you explained it perfectly, thank you. I just tried it and it works for other excursions. The issue is that this specific excursion is on disembarkation day, and it doesn't appear in the calendar, so your method cannot be used. What is interesting that the method that I tried works on the other excursions too, but not on this one. Maybe it's because the others are free (included) but this one is an extra cost..

Some lines do not oermit one to book an excursion on dusembarkation day…unless it eventually goes to the airport…could thatbe the issue.

The issue was not the booking. The issue was the cancellation.
