Booking Shore Execursions, Dining and Drink Packages?

We have not booked with Royal in a couple years.  We booked the Wonder of the Seas yesterday.  When we try to booked or even look at the packages, it just keeps looping us back to the sign in page.  We are already signed in.  When we called Royal they stated that you could not book your packages until 90 days before the cruise.  Is this true?

Royals web page has some issues. I personally have had Beverage and photo packages purchased in Nov 2021 for July 2022. Give it another day or two to update your booking.

This will also happen if another on your reservation is already signed in or Royal is working on your reservation. The 90 day excuse was BS and not true at all.

I've had excursions booked for sept since at least march, way before 90 days out and friends booked UDP and other pkgs. Agree it's a made up reason.

 

I had trouble booking a excursion just over a year out and their answer to me was maybe it's because it's more than a year out you cant get it out of your cart and finish the purchase, wait until it's just a year out and try again.  .. I've since moved vision to radiance to get Panama stop but there were things showing over a year out. They dont know and just making up answers.
