Rare PatandStu Posted June 26, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 26, 2022 DH & I are on the Breakaway in cabin 11818 next year. I’d prefer the bed by the balcony and DH wants “his side” of the bed to be facing the balcony door. Without waiting on hold for hours with NCL, is there a way to determine the setup for a particular cabin? I’ve booked with a TA and she “thinks” we’ll be ok. Rare PatandStu Posted June 26, 2022 Author #2 Share Posted June 26, 2022 Found photos. Bed is by the closet, but DH gets “his side” so we will keep the cabin. Now to wait, and wait and wait!
Two Wheels Only Posted June 26, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 26, 2022 https://www.ncl.com/sites/default/files/Breakaway_Deck_11_3-10-21.png For your stateroom type (purple BB), see if you can switch to a stateroom with the "" symbol. It sleeps 4 and has the bed near the balcony. The cost should be the same if you stay on deck 11 and don't change your category. If his side of the bed isn't near the balcony, sleep facing the opposite direction (feet near the headboard).
don't-use-real-name Posted June 27, 2022 #4 Share Posted June 27, 2022 Options: Twin beds joined Twin beds split Bed(s) located near balcony Bed(s) located near closet restroom passageway entry Need a no cost change to the above call NCL - the longer you wait the fewer opportunities to change - - - Headboards are alternating every other cabin with feet facing forward to the direction of cruise or the reverse A pullman (pull down berth) will most always be in the center of the cabin
