Quick Cancellation question

I have an upcoming cruise next month on the Horizon and I'm thinking of doing the unthinkable... cancelling this cruise.

I have the Carnival insurance and from what I can see it covers cancel for any reason and get 75% in future cruise credit.

Is the 75% on the base cruise fare or on the full amount I have paid?

75% of the cruise fare.  Taxes, port charges, prepaid tips and anything you have purchased, like specialty meals beverage package, etc., will be refunded.

If you are asking about separate airfare that you purchased on your own, hotels, or 3rd party excursion that you’ve already paid for then no. Carnival CFAR will not include those costs
