nationwide customer service?

how easy is it to reach nationwide customer service and or to file a claim?

have used allianz in the past, not the greatest with the claims but at least very easy to reach a representative.

i tried calling nationwide just to ask a question, midweek a few weeks ago and there was a twenty minute wait.

figured id post to get feedback what to expect.
