Wet Money Cancelled our Golf Cart! Now What

We booked a 6 seat cart from Wet Money back in April for our trip next week. I received a refund email last night with no explanation as to why it was cancelled. We only rented it to drive around a little, then head to Jacks Shack for the day. So now:

 

Can you still rent at the port, and is it a nightmare or reasonable?

How far is the walk to Jacks Shack?

Walk to Jacks is 5 minutes. 10 if slow.  Unless it's changed, you have to go outside the cruise port compound to rent a cart and you're 3/4 the way from the street entrance to Jacks.  If you just want a tour of the island, taxis at the port are the best way to go.
