Caribbean E416 Beds Not Convertible

Caribbean princess. We are in E416 OV obstructed this Sept, we requested twin beds thinking this gives more useable space, especially if beds are against window wall. Cruise Deck plans says, 'Two lower beds, not convertible' for this and matching starboard cabin.

Does anyone know what this means and if beds are against window wall?

Just curious as this is the configuration we requested; Princess website would allow us to select queen bed.

Here’s a pic of cabin, so you can see if much room.

Thanks for the pic, with this configuration it does not seem to matter whether we choose queen or two twins. We initially thought twins would be better if bedhead was against window. Still curious why Deck Plans says, ' not convertible'.

This will be our first OV, only one sea day in ten days and price for balcony was significantly more. Also, only minor obstruction. We have found balconies to be nice for fresh air but actually have never spent much time on the balcony.

Where do you see this?  I see a "star" symbol for this cabin.  This means: Ambulatory accessible, accessible features may include grab bars and and/or fold down shower seats (based on another site than I can't mention here).

A symbol similar to an asterisk means: Two lower beds not convertible to Queen; shower only.  I don't see this symbol on any Emerald deck cabins.

Are you sure you have the right symbols?  In any case, I think the conclusion in your last post is correct.  Based on a similar cabin we were in last week, the queen could converted to two twins.  The left bed in the picture is moved against the wall and the left night table is moved between the two beds.

Therse are the two images I saw. I guess the cabin shows a star and the explanation shows more of an asterisk, good point. It does not state what the star is. The small pic of shower looks standard. Thanks for input.

Here is something I found with more details.  No guarantee's of 100% accuracy, but it makes sense.  I would be 99+% certain you can configure the beds in E416 either way.  Ours in a different cabin were not configured the way we wanted.  The Steward easily changed them.
