Ocean Suite Question

Have an Ocean Suite for an upcoming Carnival Horizon cruise.  When there’s 4 in the room, where does the 4th person sleep?  Is there a pullman or rolling in bed or does the couch expand to sleep two?

I think this may depend on ship.  We just got upgraded to an Ocean Suite on the Radiance, because my mom needed an accessible room for her scooter.  They told us that one bed would be the couch and the 4th would be a trundle.  We shall see.
