"Great Cruise Comeback" coupon... What is it & how do I use it?

Recommended Posts

I know this thread is a couple months old now, but I just logged into my NCL account today and found one of these "Great Cruise Comeback" coupons, so I thought I'd bump this up so people can check and see if they have one and use it if they can.  🙂

So I have a update!  My husband and I both got one.  I just booked a cruise and we were able to use both of them, however, one for 100.00 and one for 85.00.  Where the $15.00 went, I don't know, however, I was able to also use them, in addition with using a Future cruise credit.

How soon after you cruised did you receive your $100 welcome back?  It's been 8-days since I got back. Thanks.

We sailed April, 2022 & found the coupons on July 15 & called & cashed them in. Then on July 28 we had another coupon for 10% off & called and cashed that in. Both of these were for a cruise that we had already booked after the April cruise.

We sailed on the Bliss September 24 to October 1 and got the coupons last week, I think on Wednesday.

Just an update, we saw these $100 coupon on multiple accounts within our F&F inner circles ... able to help apply it on a Prima balcony booking next April - first used 2 CN certificates as deposit.  Then, return to the reservation and apply 2 additional coupons, one at a time, successfully DIY without having to call into NCL.  Thus, it "reduced" the fare by $200 (as credits ... not shown on the confirmation) plus $500 as deposit ... final payment/cancel date is this December.  Not bad, although fares could drop later on - being a new ship, some of the sub-categories already showing as "sold out" or not available anymore, including SailAway rates.

Another friend has a CAS (casino) land-based offers and was able to trade their offers and booked, and got the coupon applied by a helpful NCL agent (knowing that it's supposingly not valid for CAS rates) but ...  Now, we just have to figure out how to best use the remaining ones in the group as these expire on Nov. 17th with a cruise by 12/31/2023 date.
