San Francisco early uber/taxi

We are cruising out of San Francisco and will be staying the night that the cruise returns. Our flight the next day is very early (5:30am). We are planning to stay in the Fishermans Wharf area. Will we have a problem getting an uber or taxi to take us to the airport that early in the morning? How much time should we plan for the ride? Thank you!

No, Ubers are pretty prevalent and quick in San Francisco even at that early hour. We took an UberX a few weeks ago not far from Fisherman's Wharf to SFO for about $50 at 6:30am. Took about 5 minutes for the car to get to us. UberBlack was about $90. Check Lyft at the same time-- sometimes it will be a little less or faster than Uber-- this time for us it wasn't. 

 

You can also schedule a car through Blacklane ahead of time-- its a black car so will be more expensive than Uber but its scheduled ahead like a car service.

At that time once you get your ride it should be less than half an hour to the airport (SFO).
