Transportation from MIA to FLL area hotel

The airline has changed our flight twice now to flights with stops, I'm hoping to switch to flying into  MIA on nonstop.  Can someone recommend transportation from MIA to Margaritaville hotel in Hollywood?  Also hoping to use the same company for transport back to MIA from Port Everglades.  Any idea what the recommended time is to fly out of MIA after disembarking in Port Everglades.

Lyft. Easy as pie

We've always used Uber or Lyft to go back and forth between Miami and FLL, and that's always been easy.  Lyft usually has a better price, but it's worth checking both.

Get a price quote from Larry's Limos. They are highly recommended by many Cruise Critic posters including myself. Otherwise Uber or Lyft will fit the bill.
