It’s a while ago. I don’t remember the exact place.

It was a quiet day, hardly any tourists. We got lucky.

we took a boat from Papeete (Tahiti) to Moorea.

In Moorea we took one of their open small bus.

we stopped at a bar restaurant that was real fancy.

But it was closed, so we walked through the patio and accessed the beach.

The half day was spent on that beach with only a  native couple further away.

The closest i have been to a tropical paradise.

The best snorkeling ever along with Pennekamp reef state park (Florida).

Disappointed that it looks like Moorea Ocean Adventures now only does private boat snorkeling tours and is out of my price range for 2 people!

We used Albert Transport in March.  Cash day of.  Bring own snorkel gear.
