In order to check in at the pier at the same time, I’d like to do the on-line check-in for all four of us. Will I be allowed to check them in? If necessary, they have given me all of their account and login information. Do I have to do check-in on the Hub app, or can I do it on my computer? I don’t have access to their Hub app. What information/documentation do I need to check them in? Can I just get images of their passports and vax records? Do I need anything else? Thanks in advance! Simply select "cash" for the on board account and "birth certificate" for the citizenship documentation. It can all be changed later or when checking in at the port. You can check in on a computer (I always do). For reference, if you select check-in on the HUB app, it redirects you to the website to complete the check-in, so you are never actually checking in ON the app. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You can have bookings ready on your computer, phone, and/or tablet, at 12:01amEST and select the same arrival time for all.
