Rental Car versus Hiring a Taxi for a port stop off Celebrity Equinox in Aruba.

I would appreciate up to date info on Renting a car for a few hours or Hiring a Taxi for a few hours. 

 

*In renting a car do they meet you at the cruise terminal or do you have to go to their office? Any problems foreseen?

 

*In hiring a taxi at the cruise terminal, will they do excursions for a few hours? Any problems foreseen?

 

Also, any of the same info for Bonaire and Curacao would be appreciated.  Thanks - Dave  😎
