Tropical storm/hurricane

We have cruised, many times, during hurricane season and have seldom had an issue other than some itinerary changes.  The big problem is if a major storm hits Southeast Florida on a weekend, in which case ships will normally stay out to sea and impact cruises.  It has not happened to us in nearly 50 years of cruising, but it does happen.

 

We did cruise into a hurricane in 1992 while Enroute from NYC to Bermuda and it was a wild ride.
