Unlimited Dining Package - Embarkation Day Chops Grille Lunch?

I see Chops Grille is open for lunch on embarkation day on Freedom OTS.  I’m wondering if it would be included in the Unlimited Dining Package.  Has anyone done this?

On Freedom either Chops or Giovanni's will be open for lunch on embarkation day.  I booked the UDP right after the restart and embarkation lunch was included at which ever restaurant was open. You can make all the rest of your speciality restaurant reservations on embarkation day at the speciality restaurant that's open that day.
