Prima Suite Question

So news to me but reading the description it seems the suites (non haven) on prima have both a butler and concierge access. 
 

My question is, are the butlers just as good and attentive as haven butlers and can the concierge do as much for you as if you were staying in the haven?

Yes and Yes.

 

Can't speak specifically to the Prima. But on the Joy, there was one concierge and two assistant concierge supporting the 80 Haven rooms. There was one concierge (alone) for the 80 suites. And, like small ships, the suites concierge would hang out in the suites dining room and the guest services versus having a private desk.

Do you happen to know what are the specialty restaurants for the suite class on prima?
