Any secret for accessing booking?

I'm signed into Hurtigruten site but have not been able to access my booking...ever, I think, and certainly not within the last three days when I have tried repeatedly, with different browsers.

 

Any tricks/secrets?

Terra Firma, I successfully accessed my booking using Chrome as my browser at 7:30 am PDT today. I've had no difficulty accessing the booking since I reserved the expedition for my husband and myself. If it were me having this difficulty I would do the following: 1) confirm I'm using the correct number (I easily transpose numbers. and 2) call Hurtigruten for assistance. Good luck.

Are you booked directly with Hurtigruten or through a Travel Agent?

 

If with a TA, you cannot access your booking online.
