where is the waiting area for Uber and it is a zoo?

The area where Uber and Lyft drivers wait for jobs is located just south of the newer runway near Federal Highway. If you call for a pickup they  normally show up at arrivals on the ground floor of the airport.

There signs for ride share in baggage claim in each terminal. They will tell you what door to use to get to the ride share pickup area. When we were there in March, we used the app and were pickup in 5 minutes. Just remember what car is coming for you.
