Shuttles for Viking

Hello all, we are booked our first Viking Cruise (March 2023 Sydney to Bangkok)...our longest cruise ever....first smaller ship etc....very excited.  Anyway, just wondering if Viking typically provides shuttles to local downtowns, out of the ports etc.  For example we have done an Australia cruise before and Celebrity provided regular shuttles to downtown Brisbane

Yes they do where possible.  We also take advantage of the shuttles and then do our own walking tour.

On our recent Mediterranean cruise, they had a shuttle into town for every port that wasn't an easy walk from the ship.

When I did the focus group for Viking, they asked for suggestions.  I suggested that knowing if shuttles would be available in ports might be something they could give advance notice of.  The comment was well received at the time, by both the moderator of the group and the other members.
