For those concerned about Princess Customer Service

So many always post when things go badly, I thought I would post a good story,

 

I have a solo cruise booked for Feb on the Sky, a Club mini suite. My original fare was $3422. I noticed a rather large price drop. I got on chat, the agent was able to refare and move my cabin to a slanted one. Handled all of this easily and in less than 20 minutes total from hold to completion.  My fare is now $1390 less with a better cabin , handled without hours on hold or confusion.

 

Just thought I would pass it along for those losing faith.
