Can anyone currently or recently onboard a Regent ship in the Mediterranean confirm whether you can exchange Dollars for Euros and reverse while onboard?

Can't guarantee this for the Med, but on Voyager last month from the UK to France and the Netherlands, they had Euros, but at a pretty bad exchange rate (11% in favor of the Euro when the actual rate was 1-2% in favor of the Euro).

Currently on Splendor, but not in the Med yet. They have Euros, but at the unfavorable exchange rate noted above.

What is the rate to exchange Euros back into USD?  A few years ago I was able to get Aussie dollars at ATM and then sell them back onboard at a profit.

Currently about 1:1 plus exchange fee on open market. Use your ATM to get Euros.

I was asking about Euros to USD onboard the ship.
