Complimentary pressing of garments upon embarkation

Thank you all for providing such a wonderful resource for first-time Oceania cruisers like my wife and I. 

 

Have any of you taken advantage of the "Complimentary pressing of garments upon embarkation"? The website reads "certain limitations apply". what are those limitations? And when were they returned to your cabin?

You do not need to do it on embarkation day   but can use the Card in your cabin anytime

That  said  pre covid  it took a day or 2  when we sent out our garment  just fill in the form include the Free  pressing card in the bag  & leave it on the bed

or if you have a butler they will take care of it  for you

 

 I just go to the laundry room & press anything  that I need  for that evening

I believe that we had three certificates for pressing for each of us that were waiting in the closet.  I didn't send anything out at embarkation but did a day or two later.....it was returned on the 2nd day by the butler.

I won’t send any of my “wash only on delicate” Chicos fashions to the free laundry service when traveling PH, but I did ask my butler to press some items. Very satisfied! No worries!
